I really enjoyed my time at Angsana Laguna Phuket. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the airport. Our Laguna Premier Room was spacious, with a lovely balcony overlooking the lake. Watching the sunrise over the water was breathtaking. The breakfast at the Market Place restaurant impressed me with its variety. You could order hot noodle soup made to your liking or choose from a wide buffet. The coffee was superb, thanks to the barista. The team here is fantastic, especially Kwang, who made our check-in process smooth and personal. The kids' club kept my girls entertained while I worked off some of the extra calories in the well-equipped gym. The winding pool is amazing! It offers plenty of spots for sun or shade and is perfect for a leisurely swim. Kayaking with my kids around the lake every day was a highlight. I did notice some renovations going on while I was there, but it didn’t affect our stay that much. The resort’s beach access was nice, but the swimming conditions weren’t great due to the waves. Some areas of the hotel do show their age and could use sprucing up, but overall, I felt very comfortable. Dining on-site was nice, but the beach stalls offered good options at lower prices, which was helpful. Our stay felt rather short, and I left feeling like Angsana Laguna Phuket deserves another visit.

The resort had amazing landscaping and we absolutely loved the pool. The staff were really accommodating, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. Our room was a bit dated, but we enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness. Overall, we had a great family vacation and appreciated the upgrade provided for our convenience.

Great beach access and excellent staff service. Breakfast can use improvement.

Beachfront location, plenty of activities like canoeing and a kids' club. Staff were friendly and helpful. One downside was a sewage smell near the marketplace area at times.

This beachfront resort offers the best of both worlds, with plenty of activities right in-house and adventure just a stone's throw away. We enjoyed kayaking on the lagoon and chilling by the pool. Staff were super helpful, but just be ready for some busy restaurant times during breakfast.

The only downside was the smell of sewage near the marketplace, which was pretty unpleasant at times.

I adored the resort's lush gardens and neat walkways, which were easy to navigate. The serene lagoon views from my room were breathtaking, and the attentive staff ensured all my needs were met, making my stay very enjoyable.

Our family had an amazing 4-night stay where we loved the beautiful poolside area and the fun kids club that constantly entertained our children. The spa services were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the relaxing massages and access to the beach. Just a heads up, the air conditioning in our room could have been a bit cooler, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 😊

My family and I spent a week in a beautiful lagoon view suite with a private pool, and it was everything we dreamed of! The array of delicious food at breakfast offered everything, from fresh fruits to Thai favorites. Plus, the water sports activities were beyond fun, big shoutout to the amazing staff who made our experience unforgettable.

While the lagoon view villa was incredible with lovely surroundings, some furnishings felt a bit worn, affecting the hotel’s 5-star claim. The pools were delightful, but finding dining options for kids in the afternoons was challenging. Overall, a charming retreat just a bit isolated.

angsana laguna phuket has a fantastic location right on the beach, which is quite wide. our one-bedroom loft suite was spacious with a nice balcony view. the staff at the marketplace restaurant were exceptional, making our mornings enjoyable. plus, the hydrotherapy facility is a unique highlight that we loved.
